The charming Villa Sifina is situated on the outskirts of the old, picturesque village of Prines – just about 5 km from the town of Rethymno. Built in the traditional Cretan style, this stone house offers approximately 90 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The villa has two cosy bedrooms, both with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, TV and air conditioning. One bedroom also features a safe. All bedrooms are fitted with back-friendly mattresses and can be darkened using shutters; fly screens ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The villa has been furnished with great attention to detail, combining traditional stone and wood features with modern comforts.
The garden and terraces offer plenty of space to relax.

Booking conditions
For the period 7 November to 7 December, prices do not include electricity or heating oil. Electricity is charged separately according to consumption. Heating oil for the underfloor heating is also charged separately at the daily rate.
The winter rates, from 7 November to 7 December, include final cleaning and one interim cleaning. Minimum booking period: 14 nights!
The minimum stay from 7 December to 31 March is 28 nights. Electricity, heating oil and final cleaning are included in this price. Intermediate cleaning will be charged separately if required.
The pool is out of service from December until the end of March.
The minimum stay from 1 April to 19 April is 7 nights.
The minimum stay from 20 April to 22 May is 6 nights.
The minimum stay from 23 May to 7 November is 4 nights.
The minimum stay from 7 November to 7 December is 14 nights.
From 1 May to 6 November, all service charges are included in the rental price.
Eco-tax:
Since the start of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all visitors to Greece.
This is tiered according to category and season:
the charge from 1 April to 31 October is €15.00 per night per villa, and from 1 November to 31 March it is €4.00 per night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or paid in cash, or by Visa or Mastercard.
