The charming Villa Sifina is located on the edge of the old, picturesque village of Prines – only about 5 km from the town of Rethymno. The villa has two cosy bedrooms, both with double beds, built-in wardrobes, televisions and air conditioning. One room also has a safe. All bedrooms are equipped with back-friendly mattresses and can be darkened with shutters; fly screens ensure a restful night's sleep.
The villa has been furnished with great attention to detail and combines traditional stone and wood elements with modern comforts.
The garden and terraces offer plenty of space to relax.

Eco tax
Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all guests in Greece.
This is staggered according to category and season:
The fee from 1 April - 31 October is €15.00/night per villa
and from 1 November - 31 March €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival or paid in cash or by Visa or Master Card.
Booking conditions
From 7 November to 7 December and from 1 April to 30 April, prices do not include electricity and heating oil. Electricity is charged separately according to consumption. Heating oil for underfloor heating is also charged separately at the daily rate.
The winter prices from 7 November to 7 December include final cleaning and one interim cleaning. Minimum booking period is 14 nights!
The minimum stay from 7 December to 31 March is 28 nights. Electricity, heating oil and final cleaning are included in this price. Interim cleaning will be charged separately if required.
The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.
The minimum stay from 1 April to 21 May is 7 nights.
The minimum stay from 21 May to 7 November is 4 nights.
The minimum stay from 7 November to 7 December is 14 nights.
From 1 May to 6 November, all additional costs are included in the rental price.
