Eco tax
Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all guests in Greece.
This is staggered according to category and season:
The fee from 1 April - 31 October is €15.00/night per villa
and from 1 November - 31 March €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival or paid in cash or by Visa or Master Card.
Booking conditions
* The use of the jacuzzi is already included in the rental prices at €15.00 per day. If, despite careful maintenance, the jacuzzi cannot be heated temporarily due to technical faults, the tenant is entitled to a refund of €15.00 per day of failure. Any further claims are excluded.
Pool heating is available, price on request. It can be booked from May onwards. It is not available in April.
From 7 November to 31 March, prices do not include electricity. Electricity is charged separately according to consumption.
The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.
Final cleaning is included in the winter prices from 7 November to the end of March. No interim cleaning is included during this period, but can be arranged and will be charged additionally.
The minimum stay from 1 December to 31 March is 28 nights.
The minimum stay from 1 April to 21 May is 7 nights.
From 1 April to 6 November, ancillary costs are included in the rental price.
