* The use of the jacuzzi is already included in the stated rental prices at a rate of €15.00 per day. Should the jacuzzi – despite careful maintenance – be temporarily unable to be heated due to technical faults, the tenant is entitled to a refund of €15.00 per day of downtime. Any further claims are excluded.
Pool heating is available; price on request. It can be booked as an add-on from May to October.
The optional pool heating service is a fixed-price additional service; its unavailability does not entitle the tenant to cancel the booking. In the event of the pool heating being unavailable, compensation is limited to the daily cost of its use. Any further claims are excluded.
From 7 November to 31 March, prices do not include electricity. Electricity is charged separately according to consumption.
The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.
In the winter rates, from 7 November to the end of March, final cleaning is included in the price. No interim cleaning is included during this period, but this can be arranged on request and will then be charged additionally.
The minimum stay from 1 December to 31 March is 28 nights.
The minimum stay from 1 April to 22 May is 7 nights.
From 1 April to 6 November, service charges are included in the rental price.
Eco-tax:
Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all visitors to Greece.
This is tiered according to category and season:
the charge from 1 April to 31 October is €15.00 per night per villa, and from 1 November to 31 March it is €4.00 per night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or paid in cash, or by Visa or Mastercard.
