From 7. November to 7. December the prices do not include electricity and heating oil. Electricity is charged separately according to consumption. Heating oil for underfloor heating is also charged separately at the daily rate.
The winter prices from 7. November to 7. December include final cleaning and one interim cleaning. Minimum booking period is 14 nights!
The minimum stay from 7. December to 31. March is 28 nights. Electricity, heating oil and final cleaning are included in this price. Interim cleaning will be charged separately if required.
The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.
The minimum stay from 1 April to 19 April is 7 nights.
The minimum stay from 20 April to 22 May is 6 nights.
The minimum stay from 23 May to 7 November is 4 nights.
The minimum stay from 7. November to 7. December is 14 nights.
