The villa is ideal for couples or small families and offers space and privacy for up to four adults plus a baby.

The villa is very spacious. The large living room leaves nothing to be desired. The high-quality furniture creates a cozy atmosphere and invites you to relax. The villa has been furnished with great attention to detail to create a harmonious ambiance that invites you to linger.

The large kitchen with a cooking island is ideal for showing off your culinary skills.

A gas grill with an outdoor sink is also available in the garden.

With two tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, you'll enjoy both privacy and comfort. The bathrooms feature large walk-in showers with rain showerheads. Each bedroom also has a 40-inch smart TV.

The villa's beds are 200 x 210 cm and feature high-quality innerspring mattresses and toppers. The upstairs bed can be split into two single beds if desired.

The bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning, which can be used for cooling and heating. For the cooler seasons, the villa has underfloor heating with an air-source heat pump.

A highlight of the villa is the spacious outdoor area. The impressive 56 sqm pool with a shallow water area is sheltered by the olive grove and offers perfect privacy. The water is treated with salt, which is particularly gentle on the skin. Adjacent to this is the spacious pool deck, which is equipped with comfortable loungers. Here you can enjoy the sun or relax in the evening with a glass of wine under the starry sky. The large outdoor shower, which measures 5 x 7 m and is equipped with hot and cold water, provides a refreshing experience after a day at the beach or by the pool.

You can park your car in the large, shaded carport.
