Villa Petra is an exclusive villa newly built from solid natural stone,

It is located on a mountain not far from Prines, just before Gonia and was built there on a 4,000 sqm plot and is approx. 195 m² in size. It offers a fantastic view over the valley, to the White Mountains and the Aegean Sea. The villa offers great privacy and an unobstructed view.

The thick walls insulate and protect against heat in summer and cold in winter. In addition, the villa has an indoor and outdoor wood stove, as well as air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout the house (for a fee).

The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with a spacious double bed with health mattresses. From each bedroom you have direct access to the outside area. (garden/terrace). Each bedroom has a TV and Bluetooth speakers. It offers plenty of space for up to 6 people.

The master bedroom has direct access to its own bathroom. (bathroom en suite).

There are two large bathrooms, each with a spacious shower (with rain shower) and two large double sinks with mirrors. And a guest toilet.

In the living room, an inviting sofa awaits you with perfect views and access to the pool deck. A flat screen and Bluetooth boxes ensure great comfort. Also from there you can enjoy the view of the sea and the mountains. A wood-burning stove makes you nice and warm even in the cold months.

From the living room you also have direct access and a view of the high-quality, modern kitchen, which has a large cooking island with bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped, also from here you have a breathtaking view of the sea and access to the outside area.

The outdoor area is equipped with comfortable furniture and loungers, as well as parasols. The outdoor dining area and the lounging sofa are shaded by a pergola. There is also the outdoor wood stove. An outdoor shower is also available. And an outdoor sink with BBQ grill.

A car is recommended to explore the beautiful surroundings. You can park the car in the shady carport.

The village of Gonia can also be easily reached on foot. There is a mini market, a very good taverna and a coffee ion.

It is about 1.5 km to Prines and only about 8 minutes to Rethymnon.

You can reach the nearest beach after about 10 km.

Normal move-in time is 2:00 p.m. and move-out time is 10:00 a.m.
