Positioned on a hill close to the village Atsipopoulo, the free standing villa Stella is traditionally build out of natural materials perfectly blending into the natural surroundings of the premises that covers ca. 12.000 square meters (completely ring-fenced). The 223 square meter indoor living area and the large outdoor living area provide an oasis for leisure and recreation.

Due to the architecture of the villa you have from all rooms fantastic sea views.

On the ground floor you can find a WC for guests, a bedroom and designer open space living and dining room. The comfortable inviting furniture allows for relaxed dinners, TV and leisure evenings with family and friends. The fireplace in the living room provides cozy warmth in cooler seasons. The living area has all the comforts and equipment that you would need like Flat Screen TV, audio and video equipment (e.g. Blue-Ray Player). The same can be said about the kitchen that is equipped with brand equipment like microwave, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), Toaster, Water boiler etc.

You can enjoy your breakfast in the open air on the front porch, using the large outdoor dining area with a permanent sunscreen and outdoor kitchen.

The 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor, provide a stunning panoramic sea view and the green landscape surrounding the premises. The rooms are decorated and have solid massive wooden bedframes (180 CM x 200 CM) and high quality mattresses providing the perfect oasis to rest your head.

Every bedroom has its own luxurious bright bathroom, to provide you the maximum when it comes to privacy.

On top of this, the rooms on the first floor have a privacy balcony overlooking the ocean, the White Mountains and the peninsula Akrotiri.

Enjoy the comfort and the privacy of your own swimming pool (ca. 50 square meters), take a sunbath on the  sunbeds and cool down under the Pool-Deck  or use the outdoor shower build out of natural stone.

The sun protected outdoor kitchen provides a stone build charcoal grill with kitchen area including sink, the large carport provides shade for your cars.

You can have a seat on the comfortable lounge furniture on the sun protected outdoor terrace area, and with a glass of wine you can enjoy the panoramic view and enjoy the sun go down in the Ägäic Sea.

All rooms have individually controlled AC/TV/Blue-Ray plus 2 out of 3 have a safe, for the cooler seasons the house provides floor heating and pool heating. Aside from all these comforts the Villa also has a washing machine and Wifi with up to 5 GB download per week.

In the close by villages Atsipoupolo and Prines you can find all the commodities you need for daily live, shops, restaurants, bars etc.. The beautiful marina in the city of Rethymnon provides you even more leisure opportunities at a distance of 6 KM.

The closest beach can be found at a distance of 6 KM.   The long sandy beach of Episkopi  is be found at a distance of ca. 25 Minutes’ drive south for ca. 35 minutes and you will be there.

For stays of more than 7 nights, an intermediate cleaning in the middle of the booked time is included.  If desired, several intermediate cleanings, or intermediate cleanings for shorter stays can be organized.Ask us! 1 Gardener and final cleaning inclusive.
