Enjoy your vacation time in our dreamlike Villa Harmony. It impresses with its traditional construction and is divided into 4 different levels.
In addition, it has a wonderful ingrown garden that invites you to linger. The property is over 4000 m² in size and is laid out with many Mediterranean plants. A green oasis!
It has 3 bedrooms for 6 people and 3 bathrooms. On the gallery there is the possibility to comfortably accommodate 2 more people. Each of the bedrooms on the ground floor has its own terrace. A bathroom with a shower lies between the two bedrooms. The washing machine is also located here. the second bathroom is connected to the living area and has a corner bath, as well as a watch table, toilet and bidet. All bathrooms are daylight bathrooms.
The bedroom on the upper floor has an en-suite bathroom with a large shower, vanity, toilet and bidet. The smaller roof terrace (approx. 4x4 m) is located on this level.
The gallery is designed as a reading room with a large selection of books and, if desired, has two single beds.
From here you have access to the large shaded roof terrace (10x4 m) with a wonderfully wide view.
The Villa Harmony has on the ground floor a large terrace (partly covered, partly shaded with a pergola) that extends from the entrance area through the kitchen to the living room, as well as 2 roof terraces. There you have two dining areas and an additional lounge area in front of the living room.
Each bedroom has a double bed of 1.80 x 2.0 m and a large wardrobe. The two bedrooms on the ground floor have TV.
The living area and kitchen are open plan and each have access to the terraces.
In the living room there is a large TV and a stereo with Bluetooth. The villa also has a fixed internet connection with flat rate and WiFi, also on the terraces.
All bedrooms, the gallery and the living-dining area are of course equipped with AC.
The bedrooms and living room also have fans.
Most of the terraces and the garden are hidden from view. Enjoy the warmth of the air on a lounger under the large palm trees, by the pool or on one of the many other terraces around the house.
The pool to the villa is approximately 12 x 4.30 m in size and can be covered with a solar film.
There is a table tennis table in the villa.
Park your car comfortably in the double garage, so it is always nice and cool.
You can also walk to the taverns, mini market and butcher. It is only approx. 700 m to the center of the village.
Rethymnon is just 10 minutes away and the south coast is around 35 minutes away.

The pool is not operational from December to the end of March.
In the winter prices, from 7.11. until the end of April the final cleaning is included in the price. Intermediate cleaning is not included during this period, but can be arranged and will be charged additionally.
The length of stay from 01.12. until 31.03. is at least 28 nights.
The length of stay from 01.04. until 21.05. is at least 7 nights.
From 01.05. - 06.11. All additional costs are included in the rental price.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked subject to availability.
