The newly built nature stone villa was just finished and is rented starting immediately. The very spacious villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is suitable for 8 people + small child.

It is on the outskirts of Hamalevri and wonderfull embedded in the fantastic landscape of this traditional village. Relax in this wonderful location and with this amazing, expansive view. Wherever you are on the terraces, you will have a wonderful view of the landscape and the Aegean Sea. You have a view of the 'White Mountains', the Akrotiri peninsula, the Psiloritis and a lot of green. The surrounding area is a traditional growing area for olives and is therefore green throughout the year.

The villa has a size of about 320 sq. m and is on an 4000 m² property.
On the ground floor, there is an entrance area that leads into the living room. Furthermore, there is also a bedroom with 2 box spring beds (90 cm x 2 m) and a bathroom with a shower and a service room with a washing machine. From the living room, you can get into the large dining room with a connected open kitchen over three stairs. From here you can go up to the 30 sq. m terrace, which you can enjoy your breakfast on and the wonderful view of the sea and the back country. From the living room, you can also go through the sliding doors onto the main terrace and to the 30 sq. m covered outdoor area.

On the top floor, there are three spacious bedrooms with double beds and each with an en-suite bathroom. The largest bedroom with about 30 sq. m has an open bathroom with a shower and bathtub as well as a separate WC with bidet. The double bed is 2x2 m. From here you have access to the large, shaded terrace (over 30 sq. m), which only belongs to this bedroom. Here you will find a large outdoor shower with warm and cold water. Thus, you can also enjoy the view of the Mediterranean Sea while showering. You can relax on the two loungers. The second bedroom also has a double bed with 1.80 x 2 m and a bathroom with shower. This bedroom has a balcony. The third bedroom also has a double bed 1.80 x 2 m and has a bathroom with a shower. There is a balcony and a roof terrace.

The villa has modern and comfortable furnishing so that you can feel at home here!

All bedrooms and the living rooms have satellite TV and DVD. The villa is equipped with a fixed telefone connection for internet Wi-Fi use.

In front of the living room, there is a large shaded terrace, which is equipped with comfortable furniture. The covered outdoor area is also equipped with a large dining room. After this, you can use the large brick grill with a sink and gas grill.

Relax in the huge Whirlpool.

Over a few steps you can get to the spacious pool terrace. The pool is about 11 x 4.5 m and can be heated (for a fee). There is also a pool deck with a large sofa and a large outdoor shower with cold and warm water.

You can unwind here! The villa is equipped with 8 comfortable loungers. Large sun umbrellas and the shaded terraces provide for shade. The garden was created with olive trees and Mediterranean plants. There is a playground with a sandbox and swing for our small guests.

The villa has a wonderful view, tranquillity and a central location. It is located on the edge of the villa and through this you can also walk into the village. 400 m away in the traditional 'the polio house', a well-known tavern on Crete, in which you can enjoy traditional cuisine under shade-providing trees. Furthermore, there is a small mini-market and a Kafenion. Other taverns are found in the surrounding villages and in Skaletta, which is just 2 km away. Here you can eat directly on the beach as well.

The next beach is only about 2 km away. A lot of well-known destinations like the Arkadi Monastery, the village of Margarites, the Melidoni Caves or the Agreco Farm are not far away. It is only about 10 minutes to Rethymnon with its beautiful old city. It is about a 20 minute drive to the most beautiful and longest sand beach at Episkopi.
