Our Villa Maffeo is a modern villa with an incredible panoramic view over the extensive landscape to the sea.
It was built in one of the most beautiful places, only about 10 minutes from Rethymnon.
The house is about 166 square meters and is divided into 3 levels. The plot is approx. 2,000 square meters and has Mediterranean plants.
 
In the entrance area there is a gallery with lounge furniture that invites you to read.
On the next level is the living-dining area with the cpl. equipped kitchen and the guest toilet. The terraces and the entire pool area are also on this level.
Through the large windows and from all terraces you have an incredible view!
The terraces are equipped with modern lounge furniture, comfortable loungers with cushions and an outdoor dining area.
Relax on the shaded terrace and unwind.
On the lower level there are 2 bedrooms with an extra terrace and a view of the sea, each with a double bed.
A large bathroom with a large shower is right next door.
Also on this level is another bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
From here there is an additional exit that leads to the pool area. All bathrooms are daylight bathrooms.
The washing machine is in a small extra room.
 
All rooms have shutters or blinds and are fitted with fly screens. All bedrooms and the living room have AC and satellite TV (Astra with almost all German channels). Underfloor heating (payment on site) provides further comfort, which makes the house interesting for long-term vacationers in the colder months. In addition, the villa is of course equipped with towels, bath towels, bathrobes, tea towels and bed linen. (We are happy to provide you with a cot and high chair)
The villa is cleaned once a week and the linen is then changed as well. Twice if you wish.
In the garden there is an approx. 35 m² saltwater pool (particularly kind to the skin) and an outdoor shower. A brick barbecue and an outdoor sink can also be found in the terrace area.
The living room terrace and sunbathing terrace have shaded pergolas. Enjoy your morning exercise on the terrace and enjoy the wonderful view. The villa is equipped with a yoga mat. If desired, Mira, the yoga teacher, can be booked and will be happy to come to your villa.

Of course, the villa has A/C in the living area and in each bedroom. The villa is equipped with WiFi without data limitation.
A car is recommended to explore the beautiful surroundings. Just park it under the shaded carport that's ready for you. We would be happy to help you book a car.

We also offer Villa Maffeo for winter rentals to long-term vacationers.
In winter, prices are lower and energy costs are charged additionally according to consumption.
The winter prices do not include the costs for electricity and heating oil (underfloor heating throughout the house with solar and oil) and will be charged additionally according to consumption. The final cleaning is included in the price.
