With a living area of approx. 235 m² on a 12,000 m² private plot, fully fenced and in an absolutely peaceful location, the villa can accommodate at least 8 people.
As you enter, you’ll find a spacious, light-filled living area with thoughtful details and high-quality furniture. The fireplace with a ventilation-based heating system ensures cosiness even on cooler days. For entertainment, there is a 40-inch Ultra HD smart TV, satellite TV and a multimedia system.
All 4 bedrooms are individually designed, with air conditioning, an en-suite bathroom, large panoramic windows, an internet-enabled smart TV and a private terrace or veranda.

Eco-tax:
Since the start of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all visitors to Greece.
This is tiered according to category and season:
the charge from 1 April to 31 October is €15.00 per night per villa, and from 1 November to 31 March it is €4.00 per night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or paid in cash, or by Visa or Mastercard.
