Nestled in the unspoilt Cretan countryside, it is located above the small village of Gerani, just a few minutes from the beaches of Episkopi and the lively harbour town of Rethymno.
With a living area of approx. 235 m² on a 12,000 m² private plot, completely fenced and in an absolutely quiet location, the villa offers space for at least 8 people.
Upon entering, you will find a spacious, light-filled living area with lovely details and high-quality furniture. The fireplace with ventilation heating ensures comfort even on cooler days. A 40-inch Ultra HD Smart TV, satellite TV and a multimedia system are available for entertainment.
All 4 bedrooms are individually designed, with air conditioning, private en-suite bathrooms, large panoramic windows, internet-enabled smart TVs and private terraces or verandas.
The villa thus offers comfortable sleeping accommodation for at least 8 people.

Eco tax
Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all guests in Greece.
This is staggered according to category and season:
The fee from 1 April - 31 October is €15.00/night per villa
and from 1 November - 31 March €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival or paid in cash or by Visa or Master Card.

Pool heating can be booked for an additional €50.00 per night.
