The elegant Villa Meli is nestled among olive groves near Adelianos Kampos, only about 800 metres from the beach. With around 104 m² of living space, it can accommodate up to 5 guests. It shares a large plot with the neighbouring Villa Canella, but enjoys complete privacy thanks to its clever orientation. With a private pool, modern amenities and Mediterranean flair, it is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

Liebe Helga, lieber Josef und das gesamte Kretafan Team, wir sind gut wieder in Deutschland angekommen. Die eine Woche bei euch in der Villa Meli war natürlich zu kurz. War ein Ausrutscher. Diesmal ohne meine Frau, die noch mit einer Rücken OP zu kämpfen hatte. Also Männertour war angesagt. Das Haus war super. Aber wir haben es auch nicht anders erwartet. Nun werden wir im Herbst noch einmal wiederkommen. Dann aber ein bisschen länger. Euch und das gesamte Team alles Gute. Bleibt gesund !! Eco tax

Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all guests in Greece.

This is staggered according to category and season:

The fee from 1 April - 31 October is €15.00/night per villa 
and from 1 November - 31 March €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests.

The amount can be transferred to us before arrival or paid in cash or by Visa or Master Card.

Booking conditions

From 7 November to 30 April, the price does not include electricity, which will be charged separately according to consumption. Minimum stay of 4 weeks!

The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March. Final cleaning is included in the price. No interim cleaning is included during this period.

From 1 May to 6 November: AC is included with normal consumption.

Check-in time: 2 PM

Check-out time: 10 AM
