It shares a large plot with the neighbouring Villa Canella, but enjoys complete privacy thanks to its clever layout. Booking conditions
From 7 November to 31 March, the price does not include electricity, which is charged separately according to consumption. Minimum stay: 4 weeks!
The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March. Final cleaning is included in the price. No interim cleaning is included during this period.
From 1 April to 6 November: Air conditioning is included for normal usage.
The minimum stay from 1 April to 22 May is 7 nights.
Eco-tax:
Since the start of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all visitors to Greece.
This is tiered according to category and season:
the charge from 1 April to 31 October is €15.00 per night per villa, and from 1 November to 31 March it is €4.00 per night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or paid in cash, or by Visa or Mastercard.
