Booking conditions
From 7 November to 31 March, prices do not include electricity! Electricity is charged separately according to consumption.
The pool is not in use from December to the end of March.
Pool heating is available from May to October. The cost of pool heating is not included in the rental price. Please ask us for details.
The optional pool heating service is a fixed-price additional service; failure to provide this service does not entitle you to cancel your booking. In the event of a failure of the pool heating, compensation is limited to the daily cost of its use. Any claims beyond this are excluded.
In the winter rates, from 7 November to the end of April, final cleaning is included in the price. No interim cleaning is included during this period, but this can be arranged on request and will then be charged separately.
The minimum stay from 1 December to 31 March is 28 nights.
The minimum stay from 1 April to 21 May is 7 nights.
From 1 April to 6 November, service charges are included in the rental price.
Pool heating is available; price on request.
Eco-tax:
Since the start of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all visitors to Greece.
This is tiered according to category and season:
the charge from 1 April to 31 October is €15.00 per night per villa, and from 1 November to 31 March it is €4.00 per night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or paid in cash, or by Visa or Mastercard.
