From 7 November to 31 March, prices do not include electricity! Electricity is charged separately according to consumption.
The pool is closed from December to the end of March.
Final cleaning is included in the winter prices from 7 November to the end of April. Intermediate cleaning is not included during this period, but can be arranged and will be charged additionally.
The minimum stay from 1 December to 31 March is 28 nights.
The minimum stay from 1 April to 21 May is 7 nights.
From 1 April to 6 November, ancillary costs are included in the rental price.
