The exclusive Villa Ephélia is nestled amongst olive groves in the heart of Crete. With 176 m² of living space on a 4,000 m² plot, it offers luxurious comfort and plenty of privacy. The open-plan living and dining area combines modern design with cosiness. Large windows offer views of the surrounding greenery, whilst a 65-inch smart TV and a Marshall Bluetooth speaker provide entertainment.
The kitchen, featuring a cooking island, is fully equipped – including a Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, blender and toaster. Outside, there is a Weber gas barbecue with a sink.
Both bedrooms feature high-quality beds, fitted wardrobes, a smart TV, bathrobes and a safe. Each en-suite bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, hairdryer, make-up mirror and Damana toiletries.
For those special moments: start the day with yoga on the terrace (yoga mats provided) or treat yourself to a soothing massage right in the villa.
The 56 m² pool with a shallow end is perfect for relaxation. Comfortable sun loungers, a lounge area, a floating island and shaded spots provide plenty of places to retreat to. A highlight is the landscaped outdoor shower, which, with its Mediterranean ambience, feels almost like a private open-air spa.
The villa is situated close to the village, with tavernas within walking distance. Rethymno, with its old town and beaches, is about a 10-minute drive away.

The pool can be heated. The pool heating is not included in the price and is charged separately. Please ask us!
The pool is closed from December until the end of March.
From 2026, pool heating can also be booked as an extra. Price on request.
From 7 November to 7 December, prices do not include electricity. Electricity is charged separately according to consumption.
The minimum stay from 7 November to 7 December is 14 nights.
The minimum stay from 8 December to the end of March is 28 nights. Electricity is included in the price (the pool is not in operation. Final cleaning is included, but no mid-stay cleaning. We are happy to arrange this for you; it will then be charged separately.)
The minimum stay from 1 April to 30 April is 7 nights.
The minimum stay from 1 May to 7 November is 4 nights.
From 1 April to 6 November, all service charges (except for pool heating) are included in the rental price.
Eco-tax:
Since the start of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all visitors to Greece.
This is tiered according to category and season:
the charge from 1 April to 31 October is €15.00 per night per villa, and from 1 November to 31 March it is €4.00 per night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or paid in cash, or by Visa or Mastercard.
