Booking conditions
From 6 November to 31 March, the minimum stay is 28 nights. This price includes only the final clean; no interim cleaning is included.
The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.
From 6 November to 1 May, electricity is not included and will be charged separately according to consumption.
From 1 May to 6 November, utility costs are included in the price.
Air conditioning is included for normal usage.
Eco-tax:
Since the start of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all visitors to Greece.
This is tiered according to category and season:
the charge from 1 April to 31 October is €15.00 per night per villa, and from 1 November to 31 March it is €4.00 per night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or paid in cash, or by Visa or Mastercard.
