The charming Villa Helena combines traditional Cretan architecture with modern comforts. Located on a spacious plot near Gerani, it can accommodate up to 6 guests and impresses with its natural stone architecture, wooden beamed ceilings, cosy details and fantastic views of the sea and the Akrotiri peninsula.
The villa has three bedrooms spread over two floors:
All bedrooms are bright, lovingly furnished and equipped with mosquito nets and shutters. Baby cots, extra beds and high chairs are available on request.
Two bathrooms (one per floor) with shower, double washbasin and underfloor heating in the bathrooms provide additional comfort.
The cosy living/dining area is equipped with a television, DVD player and stereo system. Traditional stone details and arched doorways emphasise the Mediterranean flair.

From 15 November to 31 March, prices do not include electricity. Electricity is charged separately according to consumption.
The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.
Final cleaning is included in the winter prices from 15 November to the end of March. No interim cleaning is included during this period, but can be arranged and will be charged additionally.
The minimum stay from 1 November to 15 November is 7 nights.
The minimum stay from 16 November to 31 March is 28 nights.
The minimum stay from 1 April to 30 April is 7 nights.
From 1 April to 15 November, ancillary costs are included in the rental price (except for pool heating).
