The charming Villa Persephone was built in traditional Cretan natural stone and is quietly located on the edge of the picturesque village of Prines, only about 5 km from Rethymno. On a 790 m² plot, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea, the White Mountains and the Akrotiri Peninsula.
With 135 m² of living space, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the villa is ideal for up to six people and one child (extra bed available).

Eco tax
Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all guests in Greece.
This is staggered according to category and season:
The fee from 1 April - 31 October is €15.00/night per villa
and from 1 November - 31 March €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival or paid in cash or by Visa or Master Card.
Booking conditions
From 7 November to 30 April, heating will be charged additionally according to consumption. The daily price for heating oil applies.
The pool is closed from December to the end of March.
The minimum stay from 1 December to 31 March is 28 nights. No interim cleaning is included during this period.
The minimum stay from 1 April to 21 May is 7 nights.
From 1 April to 6 November, ancillary costs are included in the rental price. (no heating)
