The charming Villa Persephone was built using traditional Cretan natural stone construction methods and is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Prines, just about 5 km from Rethymno. Set on a 790 m² plot, you can enjoy stunning views of the sea, the White Mountains and the Akrotiri Peninsula.
With 135 m² of living space, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the villa is ideal for up to 6 people and one child (extra bed available).

Booking conditions
Between 7 November and 30 April, heating will be charged additionally based on consumption. The daily price for heating oil applies.
The pool is out of service from December to the end of March.
Please note: no toiletries are provided in this villa!
The minimum stay from 1 December to 31 March is 28 nights. No interim cleaning is included during this period.
The minimum stay from 1 April to 21 May is 7 nights.
From 1 April to 6 November, service charges are included in the rental price. (No heating).
Eco-tax:
Since the start of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all visitors to Greece.
This is tiered according to category and season:
the charge from 1 April to 31 October is €15.00 per night per villa, and from 1 November to 31 March it is €4.00 per night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or paid in cash, or by Visa or Mastercard.
