Eco tax
Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all guests in Greece.
This is staggered according to category and season:
The fee from 1 April - 31 October is €15.00/night per villa
and from 1 November - 31 March €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival or paid in cash or by Visa or Master Card.
Booking conditions
From 7 November to 30 April, prices do not include electricity. Electricity is charged separately according to consumption. Oil for underfloor heating is also charged according to consumption. The oil price valid at the time applies.
The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.
Final cleaning is included in the winter prices from 7 November to the end of March. No interim cleaning is included during this period, but can be arranged and will be charged additionally.
The minimum stay from 7 November to 31 March is 28 nights.
The minimum stay from 1 April to 21 May is 7 nights.
From 1 April to 6 November, all additional costs are included in the rental price.
