The exclusive Villa Lofos is perched on a hill above Rethymno and offers approximately 120 m² of living space for up to 4 guests. It shares a 4,500 m² plot with the neighbouring Villa Tara – however, both houses are positioned in such a way that privacy is guaranteed. With a private pool, Mediterranean garden and stunning views of the sea, mountains and the Akrotiri peninsula, Villa Lofos is an ideal retreat for couples or families.
The villa has two comfortable bedrooms with balconies or terraces. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second has two single beds that can be pushed together on request. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and plenty of storage space.
Both bathrooms have natural light and a barrier-free shower.

Eco tax
Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all guests in Greece.
This is staggered according to category and season:
The fee from 1 April - 31 October is €15.00/night per villa
and from 1 November - 31 March €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival or paid in cash or by Visa or Master Card.
Booking conditions
Pool heating is not included in the price. Price on request. It can be booked from May onwards. It is not available in April.
16 November to 31 March: prices do not include electricity. Electricity is charged separately according to consumption.
The pool is not in operation from December to the end of March.
The minimum stay from 1 December to 31 March is 21 nights.
The minimum stay from 1 April to 21 May is 7 nights.
From 1 April to 6 November, all additional costs are included in the rental price.
