The exclusive Villa Lofos is perched on a hill above Rethymno and offers up to 4 guests accommodation across approximately 120 m² of living space. Together with the neighbouring Villa Tara, it shares a 4,500 m² plot – though both houses are positioned to ensure complete privacy. With a private pool, a Mediterranean garden and stunning views of the sea, the mountains and the Akrotiri peninsula, Villa Lofos is an ideal retreat for couples or families.
The villa has two comfortable bedrooms, each with a balcony or terrace. The first bedroom has a double bed, whilst the second has two single beds which can be pushed together on request. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, are air-conditioned and offer plenty of storage space.
Both bathrooms have natural light and a wheelchair-accessible shower.

16 November – 31 March: prices do not include electricity. Electricity is charged separately according to consumption.
The pool is closed from December to the end of March.
The minimum stay from 1 December to 31 March is 21 nights.
The minimum stay from 1 April to 23 May is 7 nights.
From 1 April to 6 November, all service charges are included in the rental price.

The charge from 1 April to 31 October is €15.00 per night per villa, and from 1 November to 31 March it is €4.00 per night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or paid in cash, or by Visa or Mastercard.
