Villa Kali Zoi

Hallo liebe Familie Beibl,

wir hatten diesmal das Glück unseren Urlaub in Ihrer neuen Villa Kali Zoi zu verbringen. Uns hat es die Sprache verschlagen! Sie ist der Traum schlechthin.
Leider konnten wir nur 6 Tage verbringen, da andere Urlauber dieses Haus auch zu schätzen wissen. Im Anschluss durften wir endlich auch mal die Villa Mila im Anschluss nutzen. Die Lage und das Haus sind unbeschreiblich. Man kann keines der Villen in Worte fassen, man muss sie erleben!
Wir sind nun schon das vierte Jahr bei Familie Beibl und haben natürlich gleich für das nächste Jahr gebucht und dann dürfen wir die Traumvilla Kali Zoi zwei Wochen genießen. Alle Häuser sind der absolute Wahnsinn, architektonisch als auch die gute zentrale Lage sowie die Ausstattung mit dem perfektem Service lassen keine Wünsche offen. Für uns ist dieser Urlaub immer wieder ein Highlight und wir haben Kreta schon längst als zweite Heimat gewonnen. Wir fiebern schon jetzt wieder auf das kommende Jahr. Liebe Familie Beibl, ganz herzlichen Dank für alles. Unser Wunsch an Sie, bleiben Sie gesund, damit wir uns nächstes Jahr wieder sehen können. Viele liebe Grüße aus dem kühlen Deutschland.

Villa Kali Zoi

40 Jahre haben wir wunderschöne Reisen in alle Welt unternommen. Immer nach dem Motto: nie irgendwo zweimal hin - bis wir auf KRETAfan gestossen sind. Heuer waren wir zum vierten Mal bei Beibls, diesmal in der nagelneuen Villa Kali Zoi. In allen Villen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, aber diesmal bekamen wir fast Schnappatmung. Kaum drin, fragten wir sofort nach freien Terminen für 2023 und reservierten auch gleich. Dieses Haus ist wie massgeschneidert für uns: ruhige Lage, super Raumeinteilung mit geschmackvollem Mobiliar, traumhaftem Pool und drei phantastischen Terrassen. Die erste beim Hauseingang bietet Schutz vor Wind und heisser Mittagssonne, man blickt auf liebevoll erhaltene Olivenbäume und andere alte Bäume und mit etwas Glück kann man Bartgeier, Wiedehopf usw. erspähen. Auf den beiden anderen Terrassen kann der Blick über den Olivenhain auf die Aktrotiri Halbinsel (wo einst Anthony Quinn Sirtaki tanzte), das Ida-Gebirge und das Meer schweifen. Erwähnt seien auch noch die grossen 2 Aussenduschen mit abwechslungsreicher Bepflanzung, eine davon mit Wasserfalldusche - wir nannten sie "Paradies". 
Auch sehr angenehm: mangels Sprachkenntnissen waren wir froh, uns mit dem Servicepersonal auf deutsch unterhalten zu können. 
Allerdings kämpften wir auch mit 2 Problemen: 1. an welchem Ort beenden wir den Tag - vorne, am Pool oder hinten - um den prachtvollen Sternenhimmel beim Schlummertrunk zu bewundern?
Am Ende jedoch viel schlimmer: die Zeit verging viel zu schnell !
Liebe Helga, lieber Josef: alle Euere Villen sind uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert, aber mit der Kali Zoi habt Ihr ein kleines Wunder vollbracht.

Eco tax

Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all guests in Greece.

This is staggered according to category and season:

The fee from 1 April - 31 October is €15.00/night per villa 
and from 1 November - 31 March €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests.

The amount can be transferred to us before arrival or paid in cash or by Visa or Master Card.

Booking conditions

The pool is closed from December to the end of March.

From 7 November to 7 December, prices do not include electricity! Electricity is charged separately according to consumption.

The minimum stay from 7 November to 7 December is 14 nights.

The minimum stay from 8 December to the end of March is 28 nights. Electricity is included in the price (the pool is not in operation). Final cleaning is included, but no interim cleaning. This can be arranged and will be charged separately.

The minimum stay from 1 April to 30 April is 7 nights.

The minimum stay from 1 May to 7 November is 4 nights.

From 1 April to 6 November, all additional costs are included in the rental price.
