With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a large pool, hot tub, and spacious terraces, it is perfect for families or groups of friends of up to 8 people (plus a small child).
The villa combines modern living comfort with Cretan charm and captivates with its fantastic location overlooking the Aegean Sea, the White Mountains, the Akrotiri Peninsula, and Mount Psiloritis.

    Master bedroom (approx. 30 m²) with open-plan bathroom (shower & bathtub), separate WC/bidet & private roof terrace with outdoor shower
    Two further bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, balcony or roof terrace

All bedrooms have air conditioning, TV/DVD, safe and mosquito nets.

Villa Athene
Liebe Familie Beibl, wir (4 Pärchen ) durften im Mai 2025 in der Villa Athene Ihre Gäste sein. Beim betreten der Villa waren waren wir Sprachlos über die Ausstattung der Villa, Lage, Meerblick. Nach dem wir uns darauf erstmal ein Mythos Bier getrunken haben, losten wir die Zimmer aus. Jedes Zimmer ist Perfekt ausgestattet, alle waren mit ihrem Zimmer rundum zufrieden. Der Pool ist von der Größe genau richtig, um sich Entspannt abzukühlen. Unseren Dank möchten wir auch an die freundlichen Damen die für die Innenreinigung zuständig waren ausdrücken. Die gutgelaunten Pool-Boys möchten wir auch unseren Dank aussprechen, nach einem Sahara Sandsturm ist der Pool schnell wieder gereinigt worden. Ein Erlebnis für uns war, das Köchin Amalia für uns gekocht hat. Einfach perfekt, wir waren alle rundum satt und glücklich. Wir haben 10 glückliche Tagen verbracht. Villa Athene

Seid vielen Jahren sind wir mehr als zufriedene Gäste bei den Beibls auf Kreta. Alle Villen sind so extrem gut und mit Liebe ausgestattet, dass man sich von der ersten Sekunde zu Hause fühlt. Natürlich mit viel Sonne und dem phantastischen Meer. Wir lieben mittlerweile Kreta wie unsere zweite Heimat und können uns nichts schöneres vorstellen, als in der Villa Athene oder Rimondi Urlaub zu machen. Vielen, vielen Dank liebe Familie Beibl für diese wunderbaren Häuser, die extrem gute Gästebetreuung und die vielen tollen Tipps, um Kreta zu erkunden. Eco tax

Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all guests in Greece.

This is staggered according to category and season:

The fee from 1 April - 31 October is €15.00/night per villa 
and from 1 November - 31 March €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests.

The amount can be transferred to us before arrival or paid in cash or by Visa or Master Card.

Booking conditions

Pool heating is available, price on request.

The pool is closed from December to the end of March.

From November 7 to December 7, prices do not include electricity. Electricity is charged separately according to consumption.

The minimum stay from November 7 to December 7 is 14 nights.

The minimum stay from December 8 to the end of March is 28 nights. Electricity is included in the price (the pool is not in operation). Final cleaning is included, but no interim cleaning. We are happy to arrange this for you, but it will be charged separately.

The minimum stay from April 1 to April 30 is 7 nights.

The minimum stay from May 1 to November 7 is 4 nights.

From April 1 to November 6, all additional costs are included in the rental price (except for pool heating).
