Living & Sleeping

The 65 m² living area features a fireplace, comfortable sofas, a Full HD TV with Ambilight, a stereo system, a DVD collection, a small library and a desk. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and separated from the living room by a bar.
Three bedrooms with back-friendly mattresses offer maximum sleeping comfort:

  • 2 bedrooms with king-size beds (180×200 cm, hand-forged)
  • 1 bedroom with two single beds (90×200 cm) + gallery with 2 additional sleeping places
  • Two en-suite bathrooms with XXL shower, double washbasin & WC

Villa Artemis

Nach letztem Jahr wollten wir eigentlich nicht mehr nach Kreta – wir sind zu alt, zu träge, es ist alles zu stressig.
Im Netz suchten wir nach einer Bleibe für alte, träge und stressanfällige Urlauber. Deutschland, Schweiz und Österreich abgeklappert mit dem Resultat: 
doch wieder eine Beibl-Villa, am liebsten die Artemis. Hat geklappt und wir waren bei der Ankunft glücklich.
Fast fühlte es sich an wie zuhause ankommen. Wer schon mal  bei  Beibls war wird es uns nachempfinden können.
Auch uns hat der Sahara-Staub überzuckert. Oh weh, Terrasse und Pool rötlich eingefärbt. Aber schon kurz danach kam das Anti-Sahara-Team, hat geschrubbt und gewerkelt und die Terrasse entzuckert. Anschließend wurde der Pool abgesaugt – alles wieder in Butter.  Und zwar OHNE dass wir nachgefragt hätten.  
Beibls haben einfach ein tolles Gespür für ihre Gäste und deren Wohlbefinden. Einen Tag fühlte sich mein Mann nicht wohl – ‚wenn was ist, könnt ihr Tag und Nacht anrufen‘ war deren Aussage. Soll uns einer sagen, wo es sonst so eine herzliche Gastfreundschaft gibt. 
Eigentlich wollten wir keine Lobeshymne verfassen, lockt nur Leute an und wir bekommen immer schwieriger  einen freien Termin. Aber das Beibl-Team (samt Vanessa und Co. und den Pool-Pflegern) hat eben allerhöchstes Lob verdient – das wollen wir nicht unterschlagen. Nicht zu vergessen das tolle Engagement von Frau Buschmann, die im Vorfeld alles arrangiert.
Nun sitzen wir (alt, träge, gestresst) wieder da und müssen uns für nächstes Jahr entscheiden - wie wird es ausfallen?

Villa Artemis

Hallo Helga und Josef, heuer haben wir die siebte Euerer Villen besucht. Die Artemis ist ein "Grüner Traum" mit uralten Olivenbäumen, Hibiscus, Oleander,  Zitronenbäumchen und vielem mehr. Über die Villa selbst müssen wir nicht mehr viel sagen: alles geschmackvoll ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer super bequem, Bäder und Küche - alles perfekt wie immer. 
Die vier Wochen im Juli 2024 waren sehr sonnig und warm - wie schön, dass man sich im grossen Pool abkühlen  und ich (Grisi) darin Boot fahren konnte.
Der Garten hätte sich bestimmt über einen kräftigen Regenguss gefreut. Aber kein Schauer trübte unseren Aufenthalt.
Ohne der guten Einfälle von Euch hätten wir einige gute Restaurants nie gefunden - DANKE DAFÜR ! 
Ein sympathischer Gast (Herr Falk) hat den Besuch eines schmusigen Katers (sein Name ist Klöti) erwähnt: selbiger hat sich auch bei uns zeitweise sehen lassen.
Auch mal besonders erwähnenswert: die Damen, welche das Haus auf Vordermann bringen (Vanessa und Team), die Herren die den Pool pflegen (Fabio und Michl) und natürlich Frau Buschmann, die sich im Vorfeld um die Organisation kümmert.
Alle extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit - so etwas findet man eher selten.
Oh weh: es gab auch -wie immer- eine Beschwerde: viel zu frühes Urlaubsende .. Sch....ade!

Villa Artemis

Liebes KRETAfan-Team,
wir haben zum ersten Mal mit Ihnen unseren Kretaurlaub gemacht und waren äußerst zufrieden!
Bereits beim Buchungsprozess hat Frau Buschmann schnell und unkompliziert geholfen.
Die von Ihr erwähnte Leihwagenfirma ist zu empfehlen. Danke dafür.
Bei einem Problem in der ersten Villa (wir hatten zwei) hat Herr Beibl das Problem noch am selben Tag lösen lassen.
Beide Villen hatten ihren Reiz und Vorteile, aber die Villa Artemis ist ganz klar unser Favorit.
Sie liegt sehr abseits und die letzten 500 Meter Anfahrt dorthin sind abenteuerlich da die Straße nicht asphaltiert ist,
aber einmal angekommen läßt sie keine Wünsch offen. Geräumig, sauber und komplett eingerichtet.
Zum Inventar gehört auch ein sehr süßer und kuscheliger Kater. Wir hoffen es geht ihm gut.
Die beiden jungen Mitarbeiter (zuständig für Pool und Elektrik) sind ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen. Danke an die Jungs.
An unserem Abreisetag durften wir uns persönlich von Frau Buschmann in der Villa verabschieden.
Wenn wir noch einmal nach Kreta kommen, werden wir wieder bei KRETAfan buchen. Wir vergeben fünf Sterne!

Villa Artemis

Wir sind bereits das 4. mal auf Kreta gewesen. Dieses Mal hatten wir die Ehre 2 Wochen in der Villa Artemis unseren Urlaub genießen zu dürfen. Diese entspricht vollkommen unseren Erwartungen. Top Ausstattung, super Lage und sehr gepflegt. Die Alleinlage und der wunderschöne Pool sprechen zudem für sich. Wir würden immer wieder kommen. Die Gastfreundschaft der Familie war überragend.

Eco tax

Since the beginning of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all guests in Greece.

This is staggered according to category and season:

The fee from 1 April - 31 October is €15.00/night per villa 
and from 1 November - 31 March €4.00/night, regardless of the number of guests.

The amount can be transferred to us before arrival or paid in cash or by Visa or Master Card.

Booking conditions

Pool heating is available, price on request.

The pool is closed from December to the end of March.

From 7 November to 7 December, prices do not include electricity! Electricity is charged separately according to consumption.

The minimum stay from 7 November to 7 December is 14 nights.

The minimum stay from 8 December to the end of March is 28 nights. Electricity is included in the price (the pool is not in operation). Final cleaning is included, but no interim cleaning. We are happy to arrange this for you, but it will be charged separately.

The minimum stay from 1 April to 30 April is 7 nights.

The minimum stay from 1 May to 7 November is 4 nights.

From 1 April to 6 November, all additional costs are included in the rental price (excluding pool heating).
