Booking conditions
The minimum stay from 7 November to 7 December is 2 weeks. Electricity is not included in this price and will be charged separately.
The minimum stay from 8 December to 31 March is 28 nights. (Electricity and final cleaning are included in the price. No interim cleaning is included.)
The minimum stay from 1 April to 30 April is 7 nights.
The pool is out of service from December until the end of March.
From 1 April to 7 November, service charges are included in the price (excluding pool heating).

Eco-tax:
Since the start of 2024, the Greek government has introduced an eco-tax for all visitors to Greece.
This is tiered according to category and season:
the charge from 1 April to 31 October is €15.00 per night per villa, and from 1 November to 31 March it is €4.00 per night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or paid in cash, or by Visa or Mastercard.
