The exclusive Villa Eliá is nestled within an olive grove in the heart of Crete. The house measures approximately 193 square metres and is set within an olive grove covering over 4,500 square metres, offering luxurious comfort and plenty of privacy.

The kitchen with its cooking island is fully equipped – including a Nespresso machine and filter coffee machine, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, blender and toaster. Outside, there is a Weber gas barbecue with a sink.
Both bedrooms feature high-quality beds, fitted wardrobes, a smart TV and a safe. Each en-suite bathroom has a walk-in rain shower, hairdryer, make-up mirror and Damana toiletries.
For special moments: start the day with yoga on the terrace or treat yourself to a soothing massage right in the villa.
The large swimming pool is the perfect place to relax. Comfortable sun loungers, a lounge area and shaded spots provide plenty of places to unwind.
The villa is situated on the outskirts of the village of Kalonikti. It is just a few minutes’ drive to Agios Andreas, Gonia or Prines. Rethymno, with its old town and beaches, is about 20 minutes’ drive away.

Booking conditions
The pool is closed from December until the end of March.
From 7 November to 7 December, prices exclude electricity. Electricity is charged separately according to consumption.
The minimum stay from 7 November to 7 December is 14 nights.
The minimum stay from 8 December to the end of March is 28 nights. Electricity is included in the price (the pool is not in operation). End-of-stay cleaning is included, but not any mid-stay cleaning. We are happy to arrange this for you; it will then be charged separately.
The minimum stay from 1 April to 30 April is 7 nights.
From 1 April to 6 November, all service charges are included in the rental price.
Eco-tax:
Since the start of 2024, the Greek Government has introduced an eco-tax for all visitors to Greece.
This is tiered according to category and season:
the fee from 1 April to 31 October is €15.00 per night per villa, and from 1 November to 31 March it is €4.00 per night, regardless of the number of guests.
The amount can be transferred to us before arrival, or paid in cash, or by Visa or Mastercard.
