Villa Preveli
The house is situated about 6 km outside of Rethymnon on the outskirts of Prines in a quiet location in a small village of stone houses in Cretan style. Its hillside location offers a panoramic view of both the White Mountains and the sea.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with tub and toilet. The master bedroom has an air conditioning and a TV. From this bedroom you have access to the large roof terrace.
Downstairs is the second bedroom with double bed, AC and TV (there is also the safe) and a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Also on the ground you will find a third, small bedroom with sofa bed, which can be extended into a double bed or two single beds and a dresser, but no wardrobe. The living room is comfortably furnished and the satellite system are to receive all German programs. This area is also equipped with an AC, which extends to the kitchen.
The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi (flat rate).
In the villa is a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher ... In the kitchen there is also the dining area for 6 people.
The house is cleaned once a week, and the beds and towels changed.
If desired, we provide you with a cot and high chair available.
The terraces are equipped with high quality garden furniture and parasols. The Pergola the upper terrace is shaded. There is a 32sqm swimming pool, the only course is available to you. The car can be parked under the old chestnut trees.

From 01.04. - 06.11. all additional costs are included in the rental price.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked subject to availability.
