The villa Tara was made with great attention to detail finished. The property of the famous film "Gone With the Wind" was this villa its name. Tara will give you the feeling that you have arrived.
Morning is located beside the sun merry birdsong and when looking outside the many beautiful colors of the island. You see the White Mountains, the Akrotiri peninsula and look out over the Aegean - simply a magnificent panorama! Relax on your 40 sqm large private pool.
The 125 square meter villa is divided into two levels, which are connected by a large wide staircase with 5 steps and a beautiful arched. From the entire villa can enjoy the magnificent views.
The spacious living and dining area along with high quality fitted kitchen represents the first level. On the second level there are two bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Bathrooms are each 2 sinks and one large roll-in shower.
Outside you will find the beautiful large pool and large terrace with pergola shade-giving. The brick exterior grill is ready for your grill skills and carport shade for your car.
The villa sits on a 2,000 square foot property and the garden area is created in the Mediterranean style.
The villa shares a 4,500 square foot Grundsütck with Villa Lofos that is aligned to the other side of the property. Thus, the privacy of both houses is guaranteed!
The villa is available once a week, cleaned on request 2x per week and change of bed linen and towels.

The pool is not operational from December to the end of March.
The length of stay from 06.11. until 31.03. is at least 28 nights. During this time there are no intermediate cleanings incl.
The length of stay from 01.04. until 21.05. is at least 7 nights.
From 01.04. - 06.11. All additional costs are included in the rental price.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked subject to availability.
