Villa Olymp - fantastic views
The villa is located on a hill between Atsipopoulo and Castello and was built in traditional Cretan style out of solid rock. It has a magnificent view of the mountains and the sea, and is surrounded by a 4.000 sqm of land with beautiful Mediterranean garden.
The villa has 3 bedrooms with handmade beds and 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. One bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with large washbasin and shower, and a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The 2nd bathroom is accessible from the hallway and has 2 separate sinks and a shower.
The spacious living area is the heart of the villa, because the entrance is spreading an indescribable view of the sea from which you can see from the large picture window. The high ceiling with wooden beams underscores the breadth and generosity, just like the 2 arches that separate the living room from the kitchen and bedroom. The villa has been furnished with great attention to detail.
The fully equipped kitchen adjoins the spacious living area and provides the connection to the covered outdoor space.
So spread over 165qm luxurious living, where you have to give up anything.
The spacious outdoor area has 2 covered shady spots, and a heatable 4 x 8m pool plus contrasting children's pool, all with sea views.
An outdoor shower is also available. Not only from the roof terrace you have a magnificent panoramic view of the mountains and the sea.
In the colder months and if permitted by the outside temperature and the wind, the pool is heated to about 28 °.
