The 211 m² natural stone villa "Lemoni" is located in a beautiful secluded location above the village of Gerani, about 10 km from Rethymno, on a dreamlike, 6,800 m² plot with sea views.

The villa is designed for 8 people, ideal e.g. for 2 families of 4 people, with the option of accommodating up to 1 toddler in an additional cot. Villa Lemoni has a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the upper floor. Each room has its own bathroom, each with a shower and toilet.

From the master bedroom with king-size bed and from the master bathroom, you have a breathtaking view over Gerani and the bay "Kolpos Almirou", west of Rethymno, through generous window areas.

The second room on the 1st floor has 2 single beds. On the ground floor there is again one bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another room with two single beds with a separate bathroom.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning with inverter technology (cooling and heating) as well as satellite LED TV’s including BluRay players. Your clothes will find enough space in spacious cupboards.

In the evening you can enjoy the sunset on the large roof terrace covered with a pergola with sea view and view of the "white mountains".

The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is fully equipped with a large fridge / freezer, dishwasher and electric cooker with ceramic hob. The spacious dining table offers enough space for 8 people. In addition to the normal filter coffee machine, there is also a “Nespresso” capsule machine. Nespresso capsules are available in every super market.

The covered outdoor area invites you to eat outdoors in any weather!

In the 30 m² living room you can expect a chic fire stove in cooler times for a cozy fireplace evening on the sofa, a large screen LED TV with BluRay player and a stereo system.

Throughout the house there is Internet via WLAN via a cell phone router with max. 5 GB per week.

A washing machine, ironing board and iron are available.

From the spacious 200 m² terrace with a 45 m² pool you also have a beautiful view of the sea. By request the pool can be heated. The covered pool deck provides shade. There is also a brick outdoor grill, a Weber gas grill and a pool shower. There are enough pool loungers for all guests.

The large garden with palm trees and lawn also includes a natural olive grove of over 4,000 m². A private, shaded double carport is available for your car. The entire property is fenced or protected with a large wall.

In the nearby village of Gerani you will find shops, a bakery, a pharmacy, taverns and a café.

The beautiful sandy beach of Episkopi or the small bay of Gerani can be reached in 10-15 minutes.
