LaMori Villa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths up to 2 families place for a quiet relaxing holiday. With heated pool, all comforts and the ideal starting point for excursions and beach days.
Villa LaMori offers approximately 170 sqm including a covered outdoor dining room all holiday comfort. Traditional elements such as natural stone, circular arcs and pine woods were tastefully combined with modern furnishings. The large panoramic windows in the living room and traditional stone arches conjure a bright friendly atmosphere in the room. The indoor fireplace and the large oriental sofa under the archway niche with an intimate ambience. All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with satellite TV. The complete modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine provide the creature comforts. In the open dining area with brick arches an outdoor fireplace tempts even in the off-season to spend the evenings outdoors.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with four poster bed and a bathroom that leads directly to the roof terrace with Jacuzzi. Here you can relax and enjoy the fantastic views of the sunsets in the sea. On the 100sqm panoramic roof terrace with lounge deck shell can be tiring of the days at sea and the mountains, too.
The villa is located on the edge of Prines. The 2 neighboring villas are also depending on a 4000 sqm plot, so your privacy is guaranteed. The port city of Rethymnon with shops, Lidl, restaurants and culture can be reached by car in 10 minutes.
The garden has been left wild romantic. Of course, your pool area is tiled with a spacious terrace and you will find comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers by the indoor heated swimming pool with children's pool.

The pool is not operational from December to the end of March.
In the winter prices, from 7.11. until the end of April the final cleaning is included in the price. Intermediate cleaning is not included during this period, but can be arranged and will be charged additionally.
The length of stay from 01.12. until 31.03. is at least 28 nights.
The length of stay from 01.04. until 21.05. is at least 7 nights.
From 01.04. - 06.11. the additional costs are included in the rental price.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m., check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out can be booked subject to availability.
