The Villa Elpida is located in a quiet and elevated location just behind the village of Prines on a 4,800 m² natural plot. The villa is embedded in a very well-kept Mediterranean garden with lush lavender bushes, large and old olive trees, gnarled carob trees and with a fantastic view of the sea and mountains.

The Villa Elpida, built in classic natural stone, has a size of 196 m² with 5 rooms, including 3 luxurious and cozy bedrooms with double beds for 6 people. Particular emphasis was placed on a high-quality design with classic stone floors and wooden ceilings, as well as luxurious furnishings. The master bedroom is one of the highlights of this house and is very spacious with 35 m². The master bedroom has a luxurious bathroom with a shower and designer bathtub to relax. The bathroom has its own balcony with a view of the sea, the beautiful and well-kept garden and the large pool with pool deck.

You can enjoy the sea view to the north majestically on the approx. 60 m² terrace on the upper floor which can be easily reached from the master bedroom. Here you can sunbathe on comfortable loungers and with pleasant shade or enjoy the romantic sunset in the evening. The outside veranda with sea view can also be reached via the classic stone staircase from the pool and garden.

The villa's floor plans are voluminous and practically divided. Two guest or children's rooms are located on the garden floor. The rooms have a size of 28 m² or 24 m² living space and also have their own bathroom with shower and toilet.

The elegant and large living room and the comfortably equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people with full equipment complement the luxurious ambience. The view from the living room leads out to the 63 m² heated pool with outdoor shower, pool deck and a very spacious veranda with over 250 m².

Enjoy a day at the pool and in the shade of the pool deck! As a luxurious lounge for lunchtime reading or evening cocktails, it enriches the exterior of the villa. The floor is made of Meranti wood, the columns and back wall of cooling natural stone. Right next to this oasis is the large outside grill and the outside shower with hot and cold water. The roof terrace and the pool terrace are equipped with high-quality garden furniture and parasols. The lower and upper terrace are shaded by pergolas.

All rooms are of high quality, furnished in classic elegance and with a keen sense for beautiful design and each have a 42 inch LCD television with Blue-Ray DVD player. A very quiet air conditioning ensures sufficient coolness in the rooms during the night. The windows have fly nets. There are internet connections in the 3 bedrooms and in the living room. The villa is equipped with a WIFI system. In the master bedroom with 35 sqm you sleep wonderfully in a double bed, format 180 x 210 cm. The other bedrooms, each 25 m², have two single beds that can be put together or apart.

The pool with 63 m² (5.3 mx 11.9 m) can be heated up to 28 ° C and can be additionally heated in the early and late season (with a fee), which allows a pleasant bathing even in cooler outside temperatures. The sheer size of the pool is extremely luxurious and invites you to swim laps! The tiles are executed in a light mosaic and enrich the attractive look. The pool is illuminated at night and creates atmospheric evenings together with the subtle outdoor lighting.

The normal move-in time is 2:00 p.m. and the move-out time is 10:00 a.m.
